DELETE YOUR BASELODGE ACCOUNT
BaseLodge users may request deletion of their account and associated information directly through the app.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
  • Open the BaseLodge app.
  • Go to Profile.
  • Open Settings.
  • Select Delete Account.
  • Confirm account deletion.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELETED?
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. This includes profile information, trips, friendships, preferences, and related user-generated content.

However, we may retain certain information in our files where necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
